For those that have made it...I know that past classes had started up facebook pages to keep in touch with each other. Do you know if there is one set up for the class of 2013 yet? If not, I will try to set one up.

I don't see a view decision response tab. I clicked on everything and can't find it. UGH - Sooo nervous...don't know whether to get excited or not.

OK - so my Solar account has some new tabs. A New Student Tab & Student Housing Tab. What does this mean???? Does this mean I got accepted?? It doesn't actually say that I did. I have major butterflies in my stomach!!

Still nothing on Solar!!! The waiting is driving me crazy!!! I can't believe that there hasn't been one acceptance yet!!! Are there still a lot of people that haven't received anything yet???

I have been stalking this thread for awhile. I have also applied to the 2 year program. Now that it is almost April and I have already started going into my SOLAR account everyday/twice a day, I just wanted to wish everyone good luck that are in the same boat as me!!!

Hi Everyone, I have been following this thread for some time now and have decided it is time to get involved. Congrats to everyone who already have been accepted into Stony Brook or other nursing programs. I have also applied to the 2 year class. It's getting closer to the time we find out and I am starting to get nervous wondering what the outcome will be. I work in Stony Brook as a CNA and I already starting looking at my Solar account (I know...very premature) Good luck everyone!!! Fingers crossed for us!!!!

I have also applied to the Fall 2011 Ammerman Day program and the Grant as my second choice. I was taking Micro last semester but had to withdraw due to a family illness. I am now taking it again this Spring. Hopefully I will still get in as I have all the courses in addition to the 4 pre-reqs completed. I checked the student services area of the SCCC website and my change of emphasis is in there...yay!! Good luck to everyone...I can't wait till we start hearing something!!!

I am looking to apply this coming Fall for the 2011 class...I have an A in English, B in A&P1, B in Psych and currently taking A&P2 (so far an A average in A&P2)...I will be taking Micro in the Fall and I already took Sociology and got an A. Any advice about my grades would be appreciated...should I take any classes over? How do my chances seem? Thank you.

I am currently attending SCCC and I have the following grades... English - A Psych - B+ A & P1 - B Taking A & P2 in Spring semester and planning on taking Micro in Fall semester I also have an A in Sociology. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do before I apply into the Nursing program. I would be applying for the Fall 2011 program. Should I take any of these classes over during the summer and fall? Thanks for any advice you can give.
