I don't think you should have anything to worry about. I think they only use the last 60 units of courses taken for GPA if I remember correctly?

No, I'm not at USA. I'm just applying to their DNP program. Is a phone interview required for admission? When do you expect to hear from you?

There's no advantage of having the Psych CNS if your desire is to be a Psych NP. There's an overlap of education, and as an NP you're doing more such as prescribing and managing patients. Sounds like an interesting program, what school is this that allows you to customize your program with an FNP add-on?

Hi, would someone please shed some light on whether it is better to go to a family nurse practitioner or acute care nurse practitioner program that would give the best chance at gaining acceptance into a CRNA program? I know the requirements for CRNA, eg. one year critical care, etc., but I'd like to get my nurse practitioner certificate, either FNP or ACNP before going to a CRNA program. Thanks in advance!
