Furious prof can't find my midter
I know that you may be fed up, but don't give up you have come so far. I would suggest you talk with the Dean of the department first and explain your situation and set up and appointment with the Dean. Make sure you keep every email and document pertaining to this situation because it shows that you are not liable and that it was either something that went wrong with the internet or on his part. DON'T GIVE UP!! and GOOD LUCK!

Low high school GPA and Nursing school
I wouldn't worry too much about your h.s performance in relation to nursing programs. I would only worry about whether the college you want to get into you will except your gpa. In the school I attend and at many others that I have looked into that are 4 yr schools, the first 2 yrs are dedicated to pre-requites and general education requirements (GER) for that college. Then once your are done with your pre-reqs for that program and/or a pre-entrance nursing exam you apply to the nursing program of your choice and you wait to hear whether or not you are expected. If you are excepted then the following semester you begin your professional phase in nursing. hope this helps.

Nln study guide vs real test
For the science section I used a mixture of my previous knowledge from my science classes and a lot of the info. from the book. The science section of the book reflected the questions on my exam. The math portion definitely does help explain the math well, but definitely focus on timing because the time can run out before you know it, so whatever short hand way you can remember for doing math problems use it!! For the vocab and reading section I studied SAT words and tried to read the New York Times regularly to help build upon it. Its a lot of work so i would dedicate several hrs a day to studying.

Laptop vs. Pen/Paper
I think pen and paper works well for me, but if I was unsure I would try to do the first week with pen and paper then the next with a laptop. Review the notes you have taken for both and then make your final decision. Hope this helps. ALSO recording lectures can be a plus if you forgot something.

Should I just forget it?
I wouldn't spend so much time worrying about others because at the end of the day it comes down to what makes YOU happy. In my A&P classes there were actually a lot of guys and i know several male students in their professional phases. I hope you can overcome the judgments of others so you can live up to your full potential So....YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT FORGET IT!! instead screw the negativity other people say to make themselves feel better and just grab the bull by the horns and go for it!!!!!!!!!

Anatomy and Physiology
In my school Anatomy and Physiology is given together but the subjects are broken down into two semesters and in each semester we had a lecture class and a lab class. The lecture hall only discussed the physiology aspect of the course, whereas the lab section dealt mainly with the anatomy functions, locations, and aliments. They did this so the two can be intertwined in such a way that helps us learn the structures of the body and their physiological processes. If your good at understanding and learning how things work than you should do fine. If you do stumble with some parts of the physiology than draw diagrams or steps for how they work. GOOD LUCK!!!

The single best piece of advice you've gotten/gave
From what i have learned it is crucial to stay on top of the material. So my advice to everyone is to study whenever you can and to not let people scare you. Just because others like to discuss horror stories doesn't mean that you cannot do it. Whatever you do never give up even if u hit feel like you have hit a few walls on journey. I wish everyone the best of luck!!

HESI questions that need answering!!
I am going to take the HESI A2 exam at Long Island University (LIU). I have purchased the Evolve Reach Admissions Assessment 2nd edition book, but it tells me nothing about the formatting of the exam. Does any one know how many questions are given and how much time is allotted for each section? Can any one tell me if they used this particular book and found it helpful. Thank you all for help and comments in advance.
