Is it ok to use NCLEX review book as reference for NLE review material?....i have an NCLEX reviewer its MOSBY"S and the other one is KAPLAN and im not sure if this is helpful for my NLE here in the philippines ....please help...i need your comments ASAP so i can start for my review...thanks:yeah:

dont worry we are filipinos like what you said you are an american. obviously you dont have the ways of the filipino so it is hard for you to imagine, i salute you but trust us... we sure can...after all we are filipinos...

my dad and mom were very traditional parents they actually raised me in very traditional way but not totally...you see they they made me believe that you shouldn't take a bath in the evening because it will make your blood lesser (in a sense like anemia and hypotension) and i said (consciously) HUH!?! *** !!! u gotta be kidding me folks come on are you on drugs!!!???....but anyway i love my parents so i continued my night bath even though they feel like they want me to be pulled out in the shower.. heheheh another instances when my mom and i had an argument because i was in fever that time and she want me to be well ventilated in my room while waiting for my meds so she turned on the electric fan in number 4 which is not your ideal ventilition BTW...so i was in my bed in light clothings and and thin blanket covered and drank a lot of water so i can produce sweat to facilitate thermoregulation...and i was so annoyed because the fan was blowing so hard that it even blew my thin blankets away like there was a tornado...and my mom scolded me for turning the fan slow( like number 1) and she said.. why are you turning the fan that way, it wont do any good for you coz you wont be ventilated, ARE YOU SURE YOUR A NURSE??! coz as if you dont know these things..... i said in my mind, mom thats the problem how can i be ventilated and produce sweat at the same time when your turning the fan on number 4..GEE!!!!

i don't have that kind of problem and im thankful for that but actually dont try so hard to overcome it maybe your only stressed out or something.... i know by the time your reading this your already overcome your fears and i trust you. every person has fear on their head the only way to do manage it is to be STRONG.

well dont get this to you... it's already devastating in your part so just smile and learn....i know coz ive been there and besides complaining without actions is becoming a disease now ...so just relax and learn, study....hard. forget about the vacations and holidays coz you wont get any when your enrolled to a challenging paramedical course...anyway if you really love and crazy about being a nurse you will get by and the next thing you'll know your done as a student.

well honestly my plans would be simple......and i hope it works, pass the NLE gain work experience train for IV nurse take NCLEX take MSN degree(in the states) take the Emergency care specialty( i hope this is possible)

I just want to be an ER Specialist Nurse or trauma care Specialist(whatever they call it) please help me im a fresh grad nurse currently working on my license exam in the philippines and i want to know how can i be an ER Specialist Nurse or trauma care Specialist...coz i love to work in the ER and now i would like to apply an MSN in the states and after that would try to do specialty( i know i have to take NCLEX...do i?) after i pass the philippine nursing licensure exam...please can you give more helpful information......:bowingpur
