   Oh wow. This is a really late reply, but I challenged the test and got my test date scheduled through prometric.com. All of the information for cna testing is listed on that site. I passed by the way and start my new job next week at a rehab facility...

   I included a self-addressed stamped envelope and received it back in about a week and a half. I don't know anything about B+, A- etc. I've never heard of that.
