  1. Can anyone advise me? My next semester at Charity Nursing School is NAC II. I am hearing it is very difficult.
  2. I took the teas test 2 days ago. I found it to be extremely difficult. I passed but I am not thrilled with the score. Math was a big problem because I ran out of time. No calculators were allowed. Several problems asked you to add multiple numbers. I won't be taking it again because I passed for the program that I am applying for. I will answer any questions you all may have. This site help me pass this test. Spell: changeable, foreseeable, accomodate Know the following: Tectonic plates, different rock formations, lung function (mucus lining), basic of the earth's orbit around the sun, convert fahrenheit to celsius, 1in = 2.54cm, 2.2 lbs =1kg , periodic table basics, atomic number, atomic mass, protons, neutrons, electrons, ionic bonds, function of rbc. I'll add more as I remember. I am not trying to scare anyone. Just want others to be prepared. I felt the ati study guide was adequate for reading, english and math. I have been out of school for 10 years. I am trying to bridge from LPN to RN. Good luck to everyone.
  3. Hi sacstate can you help me with the teas test. Thank you so much.
  4. Thank you so much.
  5. Is the teas required for OLOL?
  6. Plenty of options for LPN's where I'm from. I went directly into a clinic postiion. Working for a family practice physician. I wasn't interested in working for a nursing home either. I would suggest working in a hospital first for the experience. Good luck to you. I really enjoyed my LPN training.
  7. Congrats on passing the Tabe. I also went the LPN route 9 years ago through Charity. At the time I need to get out of school asap and start making money.Going for my RN now. Maybe you could do the same. But don't wait as long I did.
  8. Thanks for posting these sites.
