what block are you starting?

Ok correct me if I'm wrong. The BNF is part time and takes 2yrs to complete? The other one is the accelerated Lpn to Rn?

ok what is the difference between mesa-boswell block 3 and the banner cohort. Why do you guys start in July vs Aug 23rd?

Is anyone starting block 3 Lpn to Rn accelerated program at Mesa-Boswell?

I say kudos to all Nurses!!!! I use to work at Banner in Phoenix, AZ and they have team nursing there. Everytime the RN, LPN and CNA would do rounds the RN would say" my name is so-so I'm your nurse, this is the LPN and the CNA". Wow the RN's there are very disrepectful and think they are hot stuff. Sad though because the LPN's ran circle around most of them. And with that being said again I say kudos to all nurses!

I think working is good for you it allows you to gain extra hands on skills. and many are right in the thread....if you're in stay in! This economy is no joke!

okay....after reading the nicer way to put it I can understand. I do believe we as a nurses we need to stick together and help each other out. Trust me there are plenty of devices the will put a wedge between us...is all I'm saying

Hang in there something will come through. The problem is... there is a shortage in nursing and in money. However their are some facilities that are hiring you just have to market yourself!

Okay you veteran nurses, I'm new nursing student and had to chart my first foley removel today. My teacher was not impressed. Pls give me your advise. 16fr foley removed today as order. Ballon deflated removing 30ccns. Abd soft non-distented. Patient tol well.
