  1. Hi I just wanna asked those who were offered by USC positions for the new grad,, have you guys had an experience outside of nursing school?
  2. i'm trying to apply for a new grad program. i dont know if what i put in my experience is right. i appreciate your help. thank u so much.
  3. are u guys still up for swapping resumes?
  4. hey. took nclex rn too here in cali on sept8, seen my name 4:15am of sept17. that was also the issue date of my license. tried also the PVT, 3days after my exam bec that was the time that I knew about this site. got the pop-up too. have u called them to check if your files are now complete or you still need to submit additional documents. bec that was the problem I experienced, that prevented my name appearing on the BRN site earlier, despite getting the magic pop-up. God bless on your results! Keep praying.
  5. hi. took kaplan too, i was having the same average as yours. and like what you are feeling i was terrified too. but i'ma say that what's impt is that you understand the rationale behind the questions that you've answered wrong. just go over them. and i'm telling you, you'll do good. just relax, put in the past that you failed the first time bc that may hinder you from really concentrating on your goal this time, which is to pass! so just relax and have faith in God, you'll get thru this pretty good! God bless!
  6. hey there, i took my nclex-rn sept8, seen my name on the website 9days after. i guess what im saying it depends if the BRN still needs something from you then prolly you're name wouldn't really appear there esp if you dont have an SS#. when did you take your exam? is it PN or RN?
  7. i got the same pop-up and i passed. you probably will too! if your brn participates in quick results, yeah you should try to call. god bless!!
  8. HERE ARE THE EXACT STEPS TO SEE IF YOU PASSED OR FAILED THE NCLEX EXAM ON THE PEARSON VUE WEB SITE: 1) Go to http://www.vue.com/nclex. 2) Select the 'Test Taker Services' tab at the top. 3) Click 'Register' on the right side. 4) Click the 'Credit Card' link. 5) Click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence. 6) Enter your Username. 7) Enter your Password. 8) Click the button. 9) Click 'Register' on the left side. 10) Select your test type. 11) Click the button. 12) Select your country. 13) Click the button. 14) Answer the yes/no questions. 15) Select your country again. 16) Select your state. 17) Type in your city OR your country ONLY. 18) Click the button. A list of program code should appear. 19) Select your program code. 20) Select the month and year of your graduation. 21) Select your board of nursing. 22) Click the button. VERY IMPORTANT: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the Credit Card information page, that means you did not pass. I got that from the thread PVT. i revised #s 17-19, bc sometimes thats what they get wrong, so they dont get the right msg that they should be getting. God bless!!
  9. Yeah i know we cant call them, but just do to ask if you lack any documents with them that's keeping you from seeing your name in the website. Are you sure you did the PVT right? Cos it really works you know. Oh fresno, alryt.
  10. Oh i used to get that message too. it definitely don't mean you failed. i took mine in roseville, how about you? maybe you should try to give them a call. did they have your SS # on file? bc sometimes that the reason from keeping your name to appear on the website. how abt the PVT have you tried it yet?
  11. i just want to thank whoever started this thread and to all those who posted their testimonials re PVT, cos it really worked for everyone who has done it. this thread is such a blessing esp those who will take their nclex rn/pn in california, it really lessens your anxiety im telling you, but for those who din't get the magic pop-up it's still a blessing i guess, cos you now have time to prepare yourself for what has to come. to all that will take their nclex in the future, don't be hesitant to try the PVT guys! Keep your hopes up and just pray for positive results. God bless!
  12. hey. this is the website where i checked my name. http://rn.ca.gov/online_services/index.shtml. go to that and then click on permanent lic verification and then the ver system link. just type in your name to check. let me know if you found your name there. God bless!
  13. oh alryt. my bad. God bless then.
