H1b Visa for nurses under FY 2010
re: h1b visa for nurses under fy 2010 originally posted by cstellar18 how come that an applicant has given the h1b visa without knowing yet or checking first if this applicant is qualified? i mean, you'll be given the visa first then, when you start working a background investigation will proceed? i don't understand. when will the checking of qualification took place? thanks! to be issued a visa the lawyer/employer has to prove that the applicant meets job requirements and that they can not employ someone either usc or pr. checks are supposed to be done before the visa is issued and you attend a meeting supplying original documentation so that the visa officer can verify the originals. this is what i have seen written by others that have applied for h1b to silverdragon, so you mean those who have given h1b visa then found out that they are not qualified is done by fraud?

H1b Visa for nurses under FY 2010
re: h1b visa for nurses under fy 2010 thanks for the heads up originally posted by misswoosie but what you are talking about doing is illegal as you are in the country on a visitors visa. if you want to seek work and apply for h1 b then you need to go home first.do not risk getting a black mark against your name. again it is very unlikely that you will get h1 b anyway. hi im also have a tourist visa, currently here at california, lawyers said that it is ok for applying for a change of status from a tourist to working, but, you should stayed for atleast 60-90 days here at the us and you have a employer to sponsor you, there's nothing wrong with that! we all need to find job, its just her way to find one. but they are right, 6mos. experience doesnt fit to a h1b, so the best thing you can do is go home, get back to work in a special area, and find an employer while you are working, try to pass the ielts and obtain a visa screen as well. ok!

Master's degree online in Philippine-based College/University
hi! im just wondering if the masters degree that we will take or we already have in the Philippines will be acknowledge internationally? I mean, like in the US, our bachelors degree in Nursing in the US is not equal to their Bachelors degree in Nursing. does having a MAN in the Philippines will also take advantage outside our country? thanks! im planning to take it as well and i want to know if i can also use it outside the Philippines. thanks!
