Im starting this fall the BscN program and this was my assigned textbook as well! I havent started reading it yet just looked through it Did you get the one that comes with the CD the e text book.. It was extra money but im hoping its worth it. Where are u taking your nursing course?

What you did is Amazing and thats what being a GOOD NURSE is! Its a shame that you got written for that, im sure if that other pt was told they were going to die maybe then they would be more understanding.

I think Centennial College has it.

In the one year that I finished during the RPN which was first year we did meds and we HAD to be able to care fo2 2 pts..... and I was reading some of the clinical placement skills in the BScN RN program and I dont even think we do meds first year at all... and are pharm course isnt until 2nd year as well... Thanks again for the info

I did first year of the RPN program and it was on acute care eldery and a complex continuing care and also palliative care floor and during the RPN clinicals we did the same job as the RN for the most part.... I didnt continue with the program because I always wanted to be an RN so now in September I will be starting the RN program.... So I have a question.. During Clinical in the hospitals do we get to do a bigger scope of practice if we are in the RN program compared to the RPN program?

I heard St. Michale's doesn't hire RPN's either.
