Pearson Vue Trick - Does it Work Every Time? Part 2
That's odd, I'm not saying you didn't but are you sure you had the exact words of the "good pop up" I remember when I first did trick it said something along the lines of it's on hold, I forget, and the last half of the pop up was similar to the good pop up saying something can not be created at this time, at that time I figured they were still reviewing/grading my test, then a minute later it changed to the exact words from the "good pop up"

Has anyone actually failed with 75 with >10 SATA
I've always read that people that stop with 75 with A LOTT of SATA always think they do bad and end up passing. Just wondering if anyone has actually failed with 75 with more than at least 10 select all that apply

NCLEX-RN this morning, got the good pop-up...
when i first tried the pvt it said something along the lines of... "currently has an open registration and cannot register at this time" i figured they're still reviewing my test, tried it again a minute or two later, my pop up changed to.. "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time." = good pop up/pass i took my test wednesday, and am still waiting to see my name on the brn website, but i think i blew all my excitement & relief on the pvt. i truly believe in the pvt so i'm not going to be surprised one bit when i see my name up.

So many people passing...post your best advice here!
I just took mine yesterday, did the PVT got a good pop up 112 Q's with 7 SATA Go into the test expecting to take 265 questions It got to my head after hitting 50-60 knowing that I didn't get that many SATA, by that time so I was expecting more than 75 questions and it decreased my confidence and increased my anxiety. From what I've read and heard, my friends and people that have posted that got 75 questions with a lot of SATA pass, so I had that mindset as long as I get 75 with a lot of SATA I know I passed and won't feel like a wreck like most people do

NCLEX-RN this morning, got the good pop-up...
Hey cajun I took mine yesterday and I got that same pop up, I believe they're still working on it, but literally after a minute later I reclicked 'next' and the pop up changed to the "good pop up", give it a little time, hope that helps, just too bad it's unofficial results

Riverside Community College or Citrus College ADN?
RCC all the way Reputation/well-known High NCLEX pass rate One of the top schools in California and the nation RCC trains you very well, you'll hear all the time from nurses on the floor Congrats on getting accepted to RCC though, it's a lot harder to get into their program now compared to when I started, very competitive, I'm just glad I finished =) haha

July 2010 nclex rn study group
July 14th @ 0800 As far as preparation I've taking the live Kaplan course (just finished), currently trying to read through the entire course book, trying to read at least finish one chapter per day along with 50 Qbank questions. My current focus is to get through the book, then focus on just questions the until exam, I've only done one Qtrainer and a about 300 Qbank Q's so far, average maybe around the 50's? But on my readiness test I got a 68%!? I think I took that more seriously vs when I do Qbank, but at the same time I don't know what to think, I just hope to improve on these Kaplan questions, or better yet pass the NCLEX already. I'm anxious to take it already and get it over with but at the same time I want more time to study, the days til the exam are coming by fast

RCC Fall 2009
Can someone explain this point system to me? I'm just curious, when I got in it was based on classes, gpa, address/location, etc.

Stethescopes
If money isn't an issue, Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope, hearing/comparing it with my mom's littmann lightweight it sounds "clear". It's like you're comparing a vhs to dvd/bluray Compared to all the other stethoscopes I've used, it's by far the best, makes assessments easier, and the way I look at things, just save up, buy the best, be done with it so you don't have to waste money upgrading

RCC Fall 2009
Sorry to hear coriaa, as long as you meet all the requirements (GPA, generals, region, etc.) for RCC you'll eventually get in...probably the following semester. Many of my classmates applied for spring 08, but were "slated" for the following semester (fall 08). Hope you get in soon
