Im in a assisted living I was suppose to get 5 days but ended up getting 6. Which wasnt enough. We have 50 residents but can have 70. Med pass is crazy takes darn near all day. But determined to get it down to 4 hours. You pretty much learn as you go along.

RN's have a hard time finding a job too just read some of these threads. Eventually jobs will want you to have your MSN because a BSN won't be good enough. So happy job hunting to you..

I did try Genesis they don't have anything for a new grad yet but I will use the medicare.gov site and apply to those facilities in person. Thank you so much.
