  1. I have to say that was priceless advice...thanks...I am also a new grad starting in the Ed.I use to be an ED TECH on the same unit...I am definetely keeping your words on the back of my mind...just wanted to say thanks...
  2. I would definetely recomend RN NOTES(pocket guide)...it helped me during my clinicals, now that i'm working i have a pda with epocrates and davis drug guide..love it.

I am a new grad in NYC and my starting salary is $31/hr....I don't think you can ever put a justify price for what we do,there are days you feel you don't get paid enough and there are days you don't think about the money , but the difference you made.. i think you either love it or hate it....personally so far i love it but i'm a new grad and trying to survive the first year...

  6. I always thought that if you get caught being romantically involved with a patient your license may be in jeopardy.....according to the New york State disciplinary board...Does any one know?
