I'm not being hostile at all... And i did very well in school, but i wouldn't come here and write about how smart i am and how i answered 75 questions under 30 minutes and so on ( so does that mean the people who couldn't answer 75 questions under 30mins are dumb?... don't you think that is rude and arrogant?)... And i'm not implying that the op cheated and didn't work hard for his/her grade, i just mean that a 4.0 gpa isn't really what it seems (and i know i'm not the only one that knows this)

Yes you are braggin' and people that are smart don't brag... A 3.9 gpa doesnt mean you are smart, you might have cheated or you just study for exams without really knowing your stuff... And your post doesn't make any sense either, with a 3.9 gpa you should be able to figure out what you want to be when you grow up.

I'm currently in nursing school and i don't think it's what anybody could breeze through even with a medical degree not to talk of a medical assistant. hmmm just take that thought out of your head

I think they are being taught in medical school that it's ok to insult nurses. You ever notice, even the medical students do the same thing. Oh God help a doctor that would step on my toes, i would make him feel like a 7th grader in middle school. He would forget everything he learned in medical school.

yeah you should study this weekend (no more procastination :)), and yeah you should get that book it will help. But i think this class is going to be alot easier than 150( that class was hell on earth) because i kind of prefer patho (it's either you know it or you don't) than critical thinkin' questions (even if you studied, its not guaranteed that you'll pass)... But lets see how the first exam go before we make any conclusion...i'm more worried about the clinical

You are right, amazon can be alot cheaper but i can't wait to start knocking those book off and be ahead like you suggested. But i would just get them from amazon. And could you please tell me the names of all the books that you used in med-surg including the nclex ones. I don't want to miss out on anyone. Yeah sure, i wouldn't mind borrowing the ones for psych so i could get an A like you did (just kidding) and ofcourse i would give them back. So how are you preparing for the third semester?

Wow you are a live saver Daniela. I'd be the first person at barnes and nobles tomorrow to get those books that you suggested. You just told me everything i needed to know about that class. And about the study group, i really dont like getting into one. I feel like i could get more from studying by myself. But i would put it into consideration. ok so i heard the class is divided into two groups, one group takes psych and the other group takes med surg for the 1st 8 weeks and they switch. Is that how it works?
