For farrziRN, we are going to transfer to a bigger hospital. This was planned 10 years ago. They built a new hospital same name but 150 bed capacity. So inshallah I'll just wait for that, where are you now?

My advice for you is stay there first, for another 2 years. Me I'm planning to stay because we are going to transfer in a bigger hospital and nowadays there tension in middle east maybe it's difficult for us to be deployed.

@pangarapnanatupad Guys I need help! Actually it's been a long time since I've visited this site. Before applying I'm always updated with this site.. Anyways. We have the same situation I am under MOH, working in a 30-50 bed capacity hospital everything is free except internet ehehe. My job offer in ph is 2250 since I have only 6 mos in a tertiary hospital there. Then when I reached KSA they didn't increase it until now I'm just receiving 2700sr. I applied for a 20% increase already but increase will happen after I sign my next contract probably it will become 3200-3400 something. My problem is, new nurses came here and their salary is higher than mine although they have only 1 yr experience around 3700 sr. I feel so down every time new nurses arrive and their salary is bigger than mine although we have the same work here. I need some ideas whether I should sign my next contract in April or I will just exit and reapply again in SRO. By the way does someone know when is the next delegation coming?

to cathy bedrio, no i haven't passed my credentials yet, but they are ready in case that hiring will be open again, I just want to have an idea regarding the exam and final interview..:) gudluck to you!
  10. yes, once you've passed the hr, pcs staff interview and nurse manager interviews(all in one day), once you've passed these three, they will be contacting you for final interview with the chief nurse, then if you passed it, you will receive a text message informing you to attend the orientation and medical exam! gooodluck guys!
  11. hi guys! to those who havent had their interviews yet, i think that you should be prepared in answering nursing questions and personal questions like, Are you planning to work abroad?, how do you see yourself in the next 3 years, how many years do you plan to stay in asian, also refresh topics about medical surgical nursing, diseases ADPIE.. hehe gudluck!

I need your insights if I will push through with my nclex application.. We all know we are in crisis right.. hehe ty!
  14. hi guys... i've heard a lot from my best friend that the transition of nurses there is very fast.. almost all of you in the ward are new..and the training is just 2 weeks its hard for first time nurses plus rude and demanding clients but she said that the experience is good since its very hands-on. You will be exposed to almost ALL nursing skills but sad to say its understaff. You should be prepared mentally and physically when you get there. good luck guys!
  15. Better think twice guys...
