  1. Those references will work, the ones i used were undergrad professor, a NP, and my assistant nurse manager. Use the people who can give a good gauge on your clinical experience.
  2. Well I started in an open heart unit right out of school.. It's a steep learning curve, for sure. But anyone can do it. Be open to suggestions, watch people, and you will do fine.
  3. I've ran lido, amio, and procainamide as well... the patient was destined for an ablation.
  4. I received my Akron letter one week after interview. So excited to start next june. 3.3 Nursing 3.0 undergrad 2 years Heart /Lung transplant. VADs. ECMO. CVICU The usual : CCRN PALS GRE mid 900 something. Good luck everyone applying this year!
