    Those references will work, the ones i used were undergrad professor, a NP, and my assistant nurse manager. Use the people who can give a good gauge on your clinical experience.

    Well I started in an open heart unit right out of school.. It's a steep learning curve, for sure. But anyone can do it. Be open to suggestions, watch people, and you will do fine.

    I received my Akron letter one week after interview. So excited to start next june. 3.3 Nursing 3.0 undergrad 2 years Heart /Lung transplant. VADs. ECMO. CVICU The usual : CCRN PALS GRE mid 900 something. Good luck everyone applying this year!
