  1. It may be different based on how many people apply the program.. Last year, I got my congrats letter two months before the program started..so you probably can expect the answer from them around Oct or Nov...hope this help :)
  2. they did say on their website that you should apply Metro first and then apply nursing program. It looks really clear to me. And I would suggest you to call them instead of email them. If it switch to voice message, just keep calling...The lady at front desk is really nice but she is also busy. good luck!
  3. seriously! that is soooo frustrated to see " experienced nurse only" "+1 yr experience needed" "not accept new grads this time" "new grads apply new grads position only" (but doesn't open any new grads position at all) that suck! all I want to say..yeah..that is nurse shortage...for experienced nurse only
  4. hi I have a question. I did think about getting my master degree after I've done my OPT (for my BSN)..well...since it's no way for a new grad to get H1b........ but I need financial resource for my master degree..so could I use CPT to work as an RN while I am in MSN program?
  5. psl->have new grads twice a year-around jun, jan stjose-> 3 times a year, Jan, Aug, Nov, lutheran-> don't know, but they did open one position around Jun this year VA-> probably july (I don't know when they open their positions) but one of my classmate start at VA this July for sure. children->after March..(check their website, they did say when they usually open their new grads position) univeristy->July, Oct, Jan(?) Other-> no idea, can't find on their website
  6. I know some people say St. David's doesn't repsonse to applicants as fast as Seton do but..it has been two weeks since I sent my online application. Does anyone hear back from them? should I just call them instead? so frustrated...never end job hunting..
  7. I think you can work under CPT in stead of OPT. If you use you OPT now, then you won't have OPT after you graduate. Under CPT, you can work part-time. Anyways, check with your international student advisor.
