Everybody is going into nursing and it's not going to change anytime soon ...look at the job market... All I have to say is try to put yourself in the best position to get accepted...Good Luck ..P.S. it don't hurt to pray ....

I don't see why you can't do both...You need some experience in the hospital setting...and if you u love LTC then work prn ...

We don't take any home meds- upon admission we send them with the family...

I believe that it depends on what is in demand and the area you are working...and of location.
