Why is it so hard for new GRADS in south florida?
HI Everyone, I am a new grad and have been looking for work as an RN since january of this yr. I reside in florida and cant seem to find anything. All the hospitals tell you e they dont hire new grads or they only hire pbcc grads because they have given them scholarship money . I cant understand how we are suppose to get exp. if no one is willing to train us or give us an opportunity. Feel free to comment.

St. Mary's or Delray?
Stay away from hell ray unless you want to loose your license , I heard bad things about that place they are horrible especially that new program. I think its a versant program, they treat people like garbage its so true about them so move on and on stay out of work if you have to but dont ever go there !!!!!!!!

Delray Medical Center
I am proud to say that I have been excepted into there versant program and truely look forwrd to starting. My expierence so far I can say is that they actually treat you like a human being especially when you first go for your interview. I have exp.other hospital interviews and I can say they are so rude and treat new RN'S horrible. I cant say anything negative about delray because I have yet to start what I will say is that I am grateful for the opportunity and what maybe good for one person may not be good for the next. I wish you all a great future where ever they may choose to go.

fibromyalgia
Hello, I am a RN and I have suffered with fibromyalgia for many years, it is not something that any one would want to live with .I have so much that I would loveto share with her and I am hoping that one day there will be a cure and not just symptom relief. I also wish that they can actually find out how and why so many people especially woman are being diagnosed with it. I have not allowed it to take control of my life and I pray each day for relief as well. Please feel free to contact me at any time for any information that may help.
