chamberlain is very doable. I did it 1-2 classes working full time with a 2yr old and pregnant.

I did graduate and it was one of the best experiences i ever had. Very good school.

Hey all i have been applying since i got my ASN in 2012 no reply. So after i completed the BSN this march, i got a call from HR, went for an interview, did the pharm test, HR made copies of my credentials, and she asked me what position do i want and i said L&D she was happy with my reply because she said anytime she interviews candidates always say anywhere.

It is doable. When i started CCN in 2013 i was working F/T,and had a 2yr old. While in school got pregnant and had the baby this month and finished this month February. Stay on top of your post and assignment. Only con is its expensive but i dont regret it because i learnt a lot. good luck

Econ is not hard. You can easily pull and A or B.

Hey wolfe86542 i had to take 10 classes and completed in 3 semester because i doubled up classes. I worked f/t and had a 2yr old and another on the way. It was hard but doable. You can be done in a year due to you taking 14 classes. You can take econ with intro to business and tech very easy. Capstone is not a big deal either as with all the nursing classes do your assignment ahead of time. The devry classes they don't give you access to the classes ahead.

i didnt have to take any humanities but took the nursing hx and wasnt bad.

It took me 1 yr to complete my ASN and 11 months to complete a BSN. Then again the ASN i went to was LPN-ASN

@ jjjcg11, its not possible. I Have a TX license and NY license. I called chamberlain and they said that they would not accept my application because i don't reside in tx. So its all about where u are licensed and where u reside. I hope that makes sense. I will be relocating to TX in nov 2014 i cant stand NYS.

wow. I just looked at the courses and it has the 3 p's which is fine because it will be needed for post masters degree.

Hi i attended eastwick in 2011-2012. i also did my LPN in 2007-08 at hohokus hackensack which is part of eastwick and i love the school. Its hard yes but doable if you apply yourself. When i stated eastwick i had a 3 month old and was working as an LPN part-time. I will be completeing my RN-BSN with chamberlain in feb 2014. I did it in 9 months. I am working as a Field/home care nurse and i enjoy every bit of it. At eastwick the director then was very supportive and there were some teachers who where mean.

I was hired an as ASN but had 4yrs on LPN experiences. Its a good but once i went back for BSN and put it on my resume, I was getting more calls for interview. I will finish in late feb 2014.

i have applied many times in home health and med/surg. No calls. have 2yrs as R.N

Its very realistic. One can complete an RN-BSN in 1 year. I also don't think ASN and Diploma nursing is going away. In NYC even home care is saying BSN preferred.

You can go to community college get an ASN and the do an RN-BSN

why don't you CLEP the A&P?

I work FFS and i hate it. you barely make any $$ and its cheating. I have been looking for salaried full time and can't find any.
