    After 3 years in the LTC, I was so stressed out I quit. It's a tough job but the reward is so fulfilling. I just couldn't do it any longer eventhough I love them (residents) to bits. They made me cry with laughter but they sent me crumbling down to pieces. My heart aches for them and it's so sad I don't have enough time for all of them. I became emotionally vulnerable that I had to quit. I am now happily working in a home health setting.
