  1. Graduated in May, took NCLEX July 12 and passed. Honestly didn't study tons - took Rutgers review class and spent weekend prior to NCLEX doing endless questions.
  2. I was in the same boat - spent the past 2 days freaking out even with good pop up. just got quick results = PASSED!!!!!!!!! Trick worked for my friend as well who took test same day/ time. I did the trick 3+ times before I got quick results and got the pop each time.
  3. took test on monday - tried pvt on monday evening, tuesday and again wednesday morning - got pop up each time. did 75 questions and was sure i failed - really really sure. but i passed!!!! yes!
  4. pvt worked for me! 75 questions - was sure i failed!!! fyi - daughter she hit didn't work by mistake button in the poll..
  5. Go for RN, I also returned to school for a mid life career change, currently have Bachelors in Social Work and Psychology. I am turning 43 soon and have 3 kids. It took 3 yrs for me to complete my associates in Nursing. Had to retake some science classes and 4 semesters of Nursing Classes. Just took NCLEX and awaiting results. Go for it!
  6. Honestly, if you pass you pass. Nursing is a Career Change for me, I have worked primarily in the corp. environment, but honestly NO ONE has ever asked me what my GPA was during an interview. I had the diploma, that's all that mattered. Perhaps it's different in nursing but once you graduate and get your first job it won't matter what you got in a class.
  7. My advice if you get stuck is to eliminate the answers which can't be right and go from there. Many times there is at least 1 answer which is totally improbable. Good Luck!
  8. I do school work about 3 to 12 hours a week - depends if it's a short lab assignment or a big paper due. Will study 6 to 8 hours before taking a test. Don't have much time to study - 3 small kids.....
