Good morning all, I have been working as a visiting nurse for a small hospice company since this March. I love my job and my patients, but I hate the driving....:).....I live in OC, CA, and they pay me $35/visit. I am wondering if the pay rate sounds about right. Thanks

I have searched for Chemotherapy & Biotherapy provider course, but I can't find any in my area. Can I still mix and administer chemo to pts with a certified chemo nurse until I am certified? Thank you.

Hello all nurses!!!! I am an old new grad, and I was searching and applying for jobs for months. Finally, I got a job offer for an infusion nurse position at a cancer medical group. They know I am a new nurse, but they are willing to give me a chance and to train me. I am happy, excited, nervous, and scared at the same time. What should I brush up on? Any words of advice will be appreciated.

Hello all, I graduated in December 2008 with a ADN, passed RN-NCLEX in March 2009, and started doing job hunting in April. However, I haven't had any luck so far. I have had a couple of interview, but I didn't get any job offer. It is so frustrating. My next step is look for job at LTC, but I don't know how. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Read the question carefully, you will figure out what you need for dimensional analysis equation. Ignore distract factors.

30gm * 60ml / 12.5gm = 144ml / dose

I had 75 questions, and I did not have any math question. After the test I thought I failed as many others did. Yet I passed. Try not to think about it til you know the result. Good luck.
