i just found out that i got in. to answer your question, i think that normal track people take their electives over the summer and they get to relax.

i would recommend reading the websites of each school that you are interested in to see what they want and for their deadlines.

it depends on the school. i've heard of the teas test. i'm not quite sure what the hesi is.

don't take the NET test if your school does not require it. there are schools that may require another test.
