  1. Hello I'm taking classes in Forensic Nursing and need to conduct an interview with a healthcare professional who has worked as an expert witness in a medical malpractice, personal injury or worker's compensation case. The focus of this interview would be the expert's retention and preparation for the deposition, not what happened in subsequent court testimony. please get in touch at [email protected] thank you kindly, sandy
  2. how is it going for you so far?
  3. no, i'm in california, too. hoping to hear some recent reports about CFV. have you had any other interviews? when does the peds program start?
  4. cool, congrats. when did they have a peds enrollment/when did you apply?
  5. hmmm. i am thinking of going there for a program, too. how odd that people aren't willing to post publicly about the topic. i'm scared!!!!! anyone else who comes across my post and has some info to share, i'd really appreciate it. publicly or privately.
  6. An RN friend recently told me about SF Clinic by the Bay - which started in Nov. 2010. They staff and run their clinic with licensed volunteers. I don't know the extent to which you can practice, I'm tentatively signed up to attend the next orientation, but I'm assuming it's ALOT more hands on than what you can find in a hospital setting, there are all sorts of liability issues there... http://www.clinicbythebay.org/volunteers.php GOOD LUCK to everyone. it's tough out there for us new grads.
