Yes, it is not easy and nice, but sometimes we need professional help, so we have to seek them and listen them.

Only thing I can say is, they are sick....need some help.

Most of people in this age are bit reluctant for medical treatment, may be there are depressed. But one way or other we need to help them... not really force them.

agree with above all, just to say steroid has lots of side effects too.
