I say go for it! Im a new grad in the SICU and I love it. One preceptor had a sink or swim method and the other was more nuturing. I hated the sink or swim preceptor, but I understand and appreciate it now. I started Set 2, 08 and been off orientation for two weeks now. Im very comfortable there are some things Im still not familiar with but I use my senior nurses as a resource person.
  2. I work in the SICU and we add on additional pressor instead of maxing out on one and yeah what was the CVP reading? And did the decrease urine output come pre or post pressors?

  8. all we have to do is thank God right now and believe we recieved our blessing. We are Gods children, we are royalty and there is nothing he wouldnt give us. So if we believe in our hearts we passed it will come to pass. God bless all of you!:nuke: he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).
