Righ now I work 32 hours a week, do you think I will have to stop working? what do you advise me to do, knowing that I have no one who can support me during all those 18 months... I have applied already to a loan, but they ask me for a cosigner and I don't have anyone... Thanks in advance...

I hope you get to have your books on time, :) don't worry you still have three weeks to get everything done. Hey! do you know if they are going to give us the stetoscope? Really hope you read this... if you do so, write me back please.

  21. Hey! I am facing more or less the same problem, I have to work fulltime (no matter what) and I'm going to be in the RN program fulltime next month, I work 2:30 - 11:00pm M-F in a Laboratory, I have spoke to my supervisor and she is going to give me a flexible squedule based on my classes, I will bring her the squedule for classes next week after orientation, another option is working weekends, which I have done before, making 16 hours Sat & Sun (32). That may work for you... dont't worry I will find the way!!! Good luck!!!
  22. The results of the background check are not sent to you, they are set directly to your school, at least that's my case... Good luck!
  23. Hey! I just finish with all my stuff, drug test, vaccines, everything, I did all my copies allready, someone toll me that you may need copies of everything in the future, so make sure of do it. See you all in orientation!!!
  24. Hey! YMarti: Did you find out anything? I spoke today with a nurse working at Jackson who knows people that are working the two years after graduation now, and asked her some questios like: are we going to be able to take vacation time while doing this two years after graduation? and she said yes, and if we can be part of the Union, she said yes, also I ask about the two increases they reseive every year and I wanted to know if we are going to have it, and she said yes. She algo said we are going to have all the same benefits as the rest of the nurses there, the only difference is that we are under a contrat, that's it! I feel more confortable with the idea of accepting the program, I thing I'm going to do it. What about you????
  25. Hey Ymarti! I got my letter too!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to confess I still have some decision trouble...I still afreid of those two years... Do we have to pay for the parking everyday? The intership thing isn't includded in the two years after graduation, right? so how long is this intership? this adds more time working to them... I don't know, please, if you find out anything, please tell me!!!! Ah! I don't know how to send you a private message, can you please tell me how you do it?
