Can someone tell me what are some good Home Care Agencies in NJ? I want to transition to this field from LTC. Can anyone please give me tips of a typical day as a home healh nurse from admission to discharge? What do you have to do on Supervisory visits?

Valley called me they told me I didnt qualify for the new grad residency program due to the time lapse.

I live in Northern New Jersey. I have applied all over, but I will not give up. It just get frustrating at times. The longer I'm unemployed the worst off I become.

Thank you for your feedback. I have worked in a doctor's office for 4 years before becoming a nurse and that's the environment I'm most comfortable. Unfortunately that office is laying off workers now so I can't go back there. I'm learning everyday, if given a chance I'm positive I will prevail.
