  7. Yes, dc2rn2crna it says: Quality of Care: At the unit level participates in quality improvement activities that result in improved outcomes. She sent some instructions. Getting started is my issue, but I must complete it this week. Wish me luck!!!!!
  8. @dc2rn2crna that sounds about right. One section is about Quality of Care: Describe how applicant is involved in quality improvement.
  9. Hello everyone, I'm excited to say that I received an tentative offer on Friday. I'm confused about this form they sent me. It says Professional Nurse Reference Form A. I'm assuming this is what they call the 9 dimensions of nursing. I have to think long and hard on what to put on this form .

  16. Hi everyone, I went for my interview on Thursday 7/13/17 after the position closed on 5/19/17. It was a panel of 3 and I was told the next step if chosen was an interview with the manager. Keeping hope alive that I get called...the position had 3 vacancies.
  17. Never mind everyone, I should've searched first. I found the answer. I haven't posted here in a while...so I'm rusty....lol!!!!!!
  18. Quick question....are the VA nurses unionized in all states? If so, what union?
  19. Hi everyone, it's amazing how this thread has been going strong since 2012!!!!!! I'm interested in working for the VA. I'm currently in the early stage where the posting closed on 5/19/17 and I received an email on 5/26/17 saying I was "referred" to the selecting official for consideration. I'm praying that this is a good sign and that I get called for an interview soon!!!!! P.S. All of your posts have been very helpful in knowing how this process goes.
  20. Oh, and congratulations to you all for passing your exam!!!! I'm sure I will do fine once I put my mind to studying.
  21. Thank you that helps.
