  1. Hi, I'm having a hard time finding this in my book, would love some help... question is 1) Within 1 hour after administering the medications ordered following her return to her room, Rose complains of nausea and begins to vomit. If you are sure she has vomited the meds you just administered, what should you do? By the way, these are oral meds. I'm thinking that if it's within 1 hour, that no, you wouldn't readminister since they're normally absorbed in 30 minutes. But, the question is not real clear, it says "just administered", so would you give the meds again? Thanks for any help!
  2. We have to get a 100% or we're out of the program. Quite honestly, I kind of thought this would have been the standard at all nursing schools...
  3. The hospital in my town has a nurse externship they offer after Nursing 1 is completed, which is what I plan on doing. It's only 2 days per week, would be extra money and extra practice. You might want to see if you can find something like that.
  4. Mine doesn't state orientation, but we have to go to a mandatory nursing boot camp, on Jan 13 and 14, 8 hours both days. I'm thinking this will be our orientation. So excited!
  5. So excited! Just got my acceptance letter! Yes!!!!!!!

  7. I took a & p 2 last semester, and am taking a & p 1 right now. I didn't have a problem, I just had to read a couple extra chapters to learn the anatomical regions and planes. I got an A in a & p 2, and am holding an A in 1, so it can definitely be done!
  8. Hi! My composite score was 93%, and it was the only time I took the test. I hope you get all the info you need, good luck!
