  4. Thanks to all who gave me advice. My sister gave me her old A&P I and I'm going to start making flash cards. I don't start the class until the Fall, but I think I could go ahead & make some. How soon do you all have to learn the ENTIRE body--muscles, skeletol structure, etc.??
  5. I'm taking Human Bio & Intro. to Pysh. this summer. I just hope the bio isn't too hard?!?

  16. lkgrant, oic, I had asked about the credit hours. I'll have lots of questions for them on the 16th. Thanks for all your help!:)
  17. Hi, lkgrant! How long did you have to wait until you got into the LPN program? School told me they had waitlist for LPN/RN. My advisor meeting isn't until the 16th, so just wondering on your waiting period. Thanks!
  18. Thanks for that info. I'm anxious to meet with my advisor on the 16th! I have lots of questions about the program & waitlists. Thanks again!
  19. Does anyone know of any private schools with no RN waitlists in the Buffalo/Niagara region? Thanks.
  20. thank you. i really do want to be a rn, but the process of being on a waitlist is giving me second thoughts. i'm 34 so, i don't want to be waiting forever. i was thinking that maybe i should just go into lpn and then go into rn later, but i should just take the plunge into rn. hospitals are really where i want to work, and it sounds like lpn's are not much of a big demand there. so will see..... thanks for your input!!
  21. thanks to everyone for posting your tips! all of your information has come in handy. i'll be heading out to barnes & noble this weekend to check out some books. thanks again!!
  22. thank for that info. if i can just start preparing on my own with things they focus on. then maybe i won't have such a hard time with it when the time comes. thanks again for that info. it's going to come in handy! :)
  23. Thank you for that info. I'll be heading to Barnes & Noble to see what they have. Thanks again. :)
  24. i'll be starting my pre-reqs. this summer gearing for the rn progam. can anyone tell me how i can start preparing myself for the bio classes? is their anything i can start reviewing on my own before my summer classes start? thank you!!
  25. does anyone know the starting pay or approx. what lpn's start at in wny (buffalo/niagara region)?
