Hi. My visascreen is expiring early next year and I know I need to renew it. I recently received an email from cgfns about thier eSaved service which I would like to purchase. My question is, if I avail of the CGFNS' eSaved service, do I still need to renew my visascreen? Thank you.

What does "waiting to be recived mean" in my accpount with cgfns/ichp mean when I already submitted the document required of me. I verified with the courier company and was told that it has been delivered and received by CGFNS/ICHP 3 days after I mailed it. It has been 13 days already.

Hello Suzanne. Thank you so much for the quick responses to my queries. This time, my question concerns authorizing the BRN-CA to submit my NCLEX result to CGFNS/ICHP. Would it be safe to just enclose a postal money order amounting to $60 as processing fee in my letter to BRN-CA? Another question is regarding how to sign on the front side of my passport size photograph in the CGFNS/ICHP Photo Identification Form. Do I sign using my entire name, or just my usual signature?

Hello Suzanne. I applied a visascreen initial certificate online and was assigned an order# appearing on Request for Academic Records forms from CGFNS. I then had my schools fill it up. Now that I am about to complete all the needed requirements and to pay online in full, CGFNS will assign me a CGFNS ID#. Can I just fill up the ID# by handwritten on the Rquest for Academic Records froms? Thanks in advance and God bless you.:wink2:

Hello Mauigirl. We're somewhat on the same boat. I applied my visascreen in the early part of this year thru online too. NOw that I am abput to complete all the documents needed, I have noticed that I have a new CGFNS order#. I would also like to cancel the new one. Were you able to find the solution to your concern? How did you go about it. I e-mailed cgfns last monday (July 21, 2008) , but still no response. I'll try to call them later. Please share with me how you were able to cancel your other account. Hi, everyone. I'm planning to pay online the visascreen application. However, when i registered at CGFNS International, I noticed that applicants have to fill up every forms before you can proceed with the payment. I am not able to fill up the Licensure Verification as I don't have a license # yet issued by the prc. I had in mind to pay ahead of time so that I can be given a CGFNS ID# while waiting for my prc license to be released, and so that I can process whatever is available, such as the Academic Requirements. ( FYI, I took the NCLEX and the Ielts months before the Local board). So is it not possible to pay ahead while awaiting my prc license?:nuke:

I'm a California nclex passer. I have more than 2 years left before my file gets destroed. Ím about to process my visascreen. with the issue of caliufornia destroing our file within 3 years if ssn is not submitted, i'm planning to apply to new york. Which must I process first - the visascreen or my intent to transfer to another state?

I received a letter from the BRN California informing me that I passed the NCLEX-RN. What concerns me in the said letter is a statement saying that my file will be destroyed if I cannot submit a Social Security Number within three years. Does signing up to an employer in California save my file? I hope somebody out there can shed light on this matter. Thanks in advance.

I just opened the cgfns international site regarding the visascreen application. I'm just wondering what form to fill up to request CA-BON to forward my NCLEX result to CGFNS. I have seen one form - the License Verification form. I'm having second thoughts using that form because it requires a registration/license #. Should I leave it blank? Since I don't have an SSN, it would be impossible to acquire a license. Hope somebody can shed light on this matter.
