  1. Those of you who passed at 75 are lucky. I was unfortunate to go through all 265 questions. Thank God it's over with.
  2. Knowing that you failed should be motivation enough to study and pass the boards. Make sure you study smarter, and not harder. Whatever your weaknesses are do a quick content review and get back to practicing more questions. Once you have the strategy to answer multiple choice questions it won't matter even if you don't know about the subject being asked. When I took the boards I couldn't sleep the night before because I got the flu. The body was over stressed from studying. Every 30 minutes during the exam I had to go to the bathroom because I was feeling so ill. I was tortured with all 265 questions which took about 5 hours for me to complete. 2 days later I found I passed. Just a reminder that nothing can stop you from passing. If you really want it, I'm sure you're gonna get it. Good luck.
  3. Take Kaplan review.
  4. Sorry to hear that you failed. I also went through all 265 so I can feel your pain. Having 8 calculations is not a good sign. That means you were either having issues with the easier questions or you were having problems with medmath itself. You saying that your results came back "near passing in everything" means your were not passing in any of the sections. You're either having issues with the content itself or application to questions. If you haven't taken Kaplan Review yet I would really recommend it.
  5. I really wouldn't recommend getting those ATI DVD's. In nursing school my class had to deal with both exams from our instructors and from ATI which I really thought was annoying. If content is an issue for you I would recommend Saunders. If you really need the visuals then the online videos from Kaplan review aren't that bad.
