  11. Hi! I also need help. I just found out last night that I will be the valedictorian for our class. So, they asked me if I could deliver a speech. This is a first for me. So if you could send me a copy of your speech so I can have ideas that would be great. Thank you in advance! You will be able to use the PM and Email function on this board when you have 15 posts on the board. Please do not post your Email address on the public board as this is against the TOS of the site, which you agreed to when you signed up. 12. Hi! I'm new to this site and I came across your post and I'm actually creating a care plan similar to the one you just posted. My instructor told us to provide 2 short term goals and 1 long term goal for each nursing diagnosis. I see that you have posted a long term goal for this nursing diagnosis, but what can you suggest as short term goals for this? NDx: Impared skin intergity r/t decreased mobility (bed bound), AEB moist warm reddened areas on bilateral buttocks
