I did pass the Nclex exam. So much relief.........I am really super excited. I can now relax and enjoy of what's left of Summer. All the Best to future test takers.

Hi, Don't be nervous, Believe that you can do this. You have been to school and you know this stuff. Be confident and believe in yourself. Read the questions carefully. I did mine on Friday and I passed. I hadn't even really studied. I went over important stuff and major things....and during the exam I used alot of what I learned in school, You know this stuff. And yes, last minute studying helps. Also pray and ask God to be with you and help you remember the things that you already know. You will do well. Allthe Best.

Hi all I did pass the Nclex. Thankfully. I graduated at the end of June, then had decided to take my Nclex towards the end of August since I got my registration finalized mid July. I realized I wasn't doing any studying, I mostly carried my book around, but really never got into it. So I pushed my date to the first of August and this pressured me to review my material. Mostly I reviewed in topics.....eg Cardio, respiratory, then looked over lab values for important things . I then reviewed major drug categories. I was using Saunders and although I did not do a lot of questions, I took her advice on how to answer questions by the rationales she gives. This really did help me because I only had 3 days to really study. Anyway.....for me, I knew the longer I waited the more I would do no studying , I work best under pressure. Good luck to all the test takers......and believe that you can do it.

I did mine too yesterday and it shut off at 87 questions. I did know some of the questions but most were tough in selecting the choices.........I am not sure how I did........I felt like I failed when leaving and when I got home the feeling got worse. At some point during the exam I thought the computer was trying to fail me on purpose. The questions kept getting harder and harder............ Just wait and see how you did. In my State (Massachussetts) the wait is 48 hours for quick results. I'll get mine on Tuesday . Keep us updated on how you did. And whatever number it stops at does not mean anything........All one has to acheive is to be above the standard the NCLEX has been set at. In the brochure it says that the computer shuts of after deciding if a candidate is above the standard or below and it could be at any number of questions. I have read blogs on here about those who failed at 85 questions and those that passed at 205 or inbetween and vice versa. Good luck, and All the best in your career.

I took my Nclex PN today. It shut of at 87....random number. I honestly feel bad about the whole thing, I knew some things but not the majority of questions. It's like I had no clue what they were asking. I have to wait a whole weekend to find out..........If you passed congrats and well done. I don't know what to do during the wait.......it's nerve wrecking. I can't even do anything. The posts on here are keeping me positive but I don't feel it.............

I took the Nclex today too, In my state (Massachusetts) , with Pearson the wait is two business days. Someone mentioned that the 48 hours includes weekends but I don't know that for sure. Just keep checking. I am very nervous because I thought the exam was hard........the questions were really hard and I did the guessing game a lot. I was hoping for more questions to try and redeem myself but the computer shut off at 87 . I am trying to relax and calm down but I keep going back to my books to try and see if I can recall some questions and look up the answers. I am hoping for the best and also trying to prepare myself for the worst. Be positive, and just hang in there till you know. .............Good luck though and all the best.

Hi, I did my NCLEx PN today and I felt like I was guessing most of the questions because there were about drugs I heard not heard of. I mean......some questions were just hard.....and I think I got the last two wrong before the computer shut off at 87 questions. I was expecting to go on to 205 because I felt I knew nothing. I did not get a lot of repeat questions but.........all the same I got hard questions and I guessed a lot. I have to wait till TUesday to know........I am freaking out and I have started studying again because I don't think I did well. I did mine In Boston. I know How you feel.......the wait is exhausting and not knowing............well, Good luck and wish you all the best.

I took my Nclex PN today. It was hard....or so I thought. The computer shut off after 87 questions. Does that mean that I failed. I am hoping that I did well and was above the standard ..............I have to wait till Tuesday next week to find out.....It's going to be a long weekend. And the sad part is if I fail...........I have to wait 45-90 days to retake it. I did well in school, ..........but this was different..........and then the way the computer just shuts off.......... Anyone with prior Nclex PN experience????? How was it for you? New creation...
