  6. Does anyone know if they are really thinking of adding these classes anytime soon. I would really love to take them. I ask my mentor she said she does not know anything about it.
  7. Im not sure u can. I think you have to be licensed with at least one year of experience. I think you should call them to find out.
  8. Took me last then two weeks to get everything done. But I was very involved, calling my advisor mybe every 3 days to get an update or call whatever department that I needed to. Hope that helps
  9. marycarney, How it is like working for them? Are the supportive? pay well? or are they demanding and unrealistic? I'm thinking of applying with them. Thanks in advance.
  10. It sounds like WGU will be a good fit for you. I also work home health overnight and have plenty of downtime, that is why I decided they will be a good fit for me. By the way I think you should go for the RN-MSN.... I will start in May.
  11. I dont know if it will hurt you in Texas, but here in Florida having that experience can open many doors for you. However the the positions that are usually given are usually if not always management position, but not while employed as a surveyer. Hope this helps
  12. On which Island are you currently working? It is interested in Bonaire. But my license is in the US (RN). Any advice?
  13. I love the video! thank you!
  14. How is medical school? is it as hard as getting your RN. I like to think nothing is as hard as nursing school. I've been working as an RN now for a few years and i really would like to attend medical school, but I'm afraid. Please let me know how you doing in medical school. Good Luck!
  15. I have swithed to computer charting as well. In the beginning it was terrible just as you described, however once we got use to it we end up loving it. A few weeks ago we had to chart on paper because they were updating the system and we were going crazy. I can't imagine going back to paper charting. Hang in there! give it a few months it will get better, i promise.
