  1. Sorry to hear that. I would suggest you trying the Sylvia Rayfield review. I graduated in May and tested the 1st of June and passed, our school used it and 13/20 passed the NclexRN on the first try so far!!!! So I think its worth looking into. Good Luck!!!

  4. Hello everyone. I'm a new RN and is interested in doing Home Health but I'm wondering will my lack of experience hinder the care for my patients. I'm a fast learner and is willing to learn any and everything to be a great nurse. Do you all think I can do this with some good training?? Are there any new grads working home health that could give me an insight?! Thanks!!
  5. Don't worry about your scores. Just do as many questions as you can and understand all your rationales. I took NCLEX-RN on Wed, and I mostly just did questions as well. Passed with 85 questions!!! Good Luck to you!!

  15. I just took NclexRN yesterday. You should try Sylvia Rayfield material if you are visual learning. They have a 98-99% pass rate. Our school used it and the first 8 people have passed. I have faith that I will be adding to that number in the morning. If you confess it, believe it, you will recieve because his words say that you will. Have FAITH!!!!
