I agree with that , each country has different policies from others , and you have to be serious toward your job and even each state has its own political rule , so when you plan work a broad to any of the state you will have to know the requisites ...

no , we don't have to pass the nclex in UAE , i've studied in UAE and i graudated from nursing sceinces since 2002 and i am working now in abu dhabi , since 4 years , but i am planning go a broad in the states

yes we do have the Toefl IBT over here and IELTS exam as well but i will have to take one of them if i had the luck to pass the Nclex exam since that i will get the enough practise for that ,
