  1. i was thinking to use multiple books. but then i realized that we don't get enough time to look in each book and end up with stydying too much but not effeciently.so i decided to just stick with sunders for contents and sometime when i feel like i need to know more in detail i look up in brunner . i will do Q&A from all other books once i finished with contents.

  4. hi , i am having trouble remembering fluid and electorlyte imbalance.can anyone help me how to remember assessment for hypo and hyper for natremia,kalemia,magnesemia.calcemia,phosphatemia?i am really confused and mixing up all sign symptoms. iread those couple of times but still evrything mixed upin my brain.
  5. hi, i am in a same boat. i was graduated 7yrs ago.now decided take nclex. i started studying week ago. i am using sunders comprehensive and for a reference medical surgical brunner and suddarth's . also, i am thinking to take exam end of the july or in august if i am prepered as i have planned. also,my plan is to finish reading all the contents by theend of the june and last 1and 1/2 month work on the Q&A only.

    Does this course tought in Charlotte Community college? Do i need to take pre-req's like Stat or Eng.....? Thanks

    WOw...this is very usefull information that you guys gave me. I am from Charlotte. Does anyone know or tell me where do i need to go to finish LPN asap? Like some people says its will take 18 month. I will be appreciate to all. Thanks
