  1. You also need a license from the Philippines if you plan to take the NCLEX Exam here in Washington. I suggest that you should take your licensure at the state of California 'cause they don't require license from back home.
  2. Yes, you need to take a CNA course. If you plan to take the NCLEX, you need to take TOEFL and CES report from CGFNS.
  3. hi, kristyhellmann. Do you have a license as an RN in the Philippines? If yes, then you don't need to go to a CNA class. Just fax or mail the copy of your license, diploma and TOR to OBRA Nursing Assistant Registry and they will send you an application packet including reviewers on how to take the CNA test here in washington.   9. hi there! can i ask the email address of washington state of board of nursing? i want to ask them if i will still need to take the english exam since i have a pending family based petition. I'm from the philippines and hopefully by next year i'll be there. I want to take the NCLEX-RN this year. Thanks in advance
