  1. Thank you Healthy RN for your words of encouragement. :) And oh yeah by the way cool screen name. All nurses need to be healthy!!!
  2. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU. I ALWAYS PRAY BEFORE I MAKE ANY MOVES ESPECIALLY IN NURSING . I APPRECIATE THE FEEDBACK ESPECIALLY FROM A EXPERIENCED NURSE.
  3. I'm an INFJ 67,62,62,33 and I want to be an ICU NURSE . Med surg is cool but I don't feel the desire when I do it. I think this test was good. KUDOS;)
  4. I've been doing med surg nursing for about 2yrs now as a RN and I want learn some ICU. I pray that I get this internship opportunity .I pray that getting med surg experience is a good booster to make a transition. I am willing and open to learn new things if given the chance. Any words anyone....:uhoh21:
  5. Visiting my aunt in the nursing home. I was around the age 9 remembering seeing one day an elderly gentleman in his wheelchair foley urine just spilling on the floor. I wonder to myself why is anybody getting that? I wanted the opportunity to help people within limits. I just know if I can help at least one person I've made a difference whether patient or coworker. :balloons:
  6. do u need to have a certification to be a case manager? i really like what they do from what they told me and i've seen. and also i have 3+ yrs exp, is that enough? if someone can be so kind and answer a curious nurse question.
