how do i get a copy of the results? there's that option in California BON website that says i can get a copy of the results, for $10. Who should i address it to? What do I mention in my letter of request? thanks... =)

okay. i understand that part. but they won't discard my application with California even though i apply for vermont now, right? My CA application expires on 2010. for example i have an SSN exactly on December 2009, it's possible to be licenses to both California and Vermont? considering i applied to vermont license for examination and not endorsement? I'm sorry to sound so redundant... thanks for all the information! I'm trying to find ways on how to solve this without spending too much money. Thanks really! :) information is really appreciated.

So let's say i apply for Vermont, through license examination, then i send them my California letter saying i have passed NCLEX, then they give me a license. (i passed NCLEX last 2007, it's not 2008, will it matter?) My records are still safe in California (except when expiration has arrived), even though i'm licensed in Vermont? Thank you very much... I want to save my NCLEX, i do not want to take it again. When you said it's not a big deal to get licensed in another state and then endorse back to california, do you mean i can go back to California anytime by the time i get an SSN from a job offer? thanks... i really hope there is someone who has tried this, so i can ask directly. this post is has been going on since 2006. i hope nothing has changed.

I tried applying online for CES for New Jersey and it just said that NJ BON doesn't require CES for Endorsement of Registered Nurses, I'm endorsing from California by the way. What does it need from CGFNS then? I've been reading posts but i found posts that are dated back in 2006, so I feel that there has been changes since then. Thank you very much!

So.. like california, who needs SSN for a license to be issued... how can i endorse to NJ? Do i need to get an employer first? then get the work permit before i can endorse to NJ? Thank you very much!

hi there! we have the same problem. CGFNS told me that they will wait an official notice about the retake. and i asked them what kind of notice and i also told them that i sent them the DOLE certificate, but unfortunately, they said they didn't receive anything, but i have an e-mail notification that they did receive. It just that, through e-mail, they don't respond effectively. Sometime they respond off topic. What have you done to fix this? can you share it to me? i believe it's not just us who has this problem. i guess we just have to wait.

How about if i have a license in California, then i want to move in New Jersey. Do i have to work in California first before i can move to New Jersey? How many months or years? I've already applied for Visa Screen, do i have to send those requirements by mail again if i apply for CES? or Will CGFNS just use what i've sent for my Visa Screen? Thank you very much.

hello everyone! congratz to those who passed the NLE Retake! whether tests 3 and 5 or whole retake. My question is about the visa screen... i have received my certificate from DOLE. I'm now completing my requirements. I'm confused where I should place my certificate.. do i mail it along with the Highschool Diploma and Photo Identification form? or along with the PRC (PRC sends it)? or a separate mail and the return address is from DOLE? or a separate mail and the return address is from me. please help! thanks! =) i've been asking around but unfortunately PRC and DOLE are giving me different answers. PRC says i don't need to send it because CGFNS knows who passed. DOLE doesn't even know that we have to send it, at least here in Cebu. I don't know in Manila. thanks again!

hi suzzane! do you mean it like this? like put a slash between the two signatures? ---> signature in full / usual signature i applied online so the forms that i'll have to change is the one from school, two of the license validation forms(i forgot what it's called) and the photo form... oh no! i've already passed a form for my IELTS results, will it be okay? Will CGFNS recognize i have two signatures? when will be my passport be needed by CGFNS? because i had a different signature there too, it's in full signature except that my middle name is in the form of middle initial... I got my passport at a young age and my mother taught me to sign that way. now that i'm a grown-up i've come up with my own but she advised me not to change my signature in the passport when we renewed it so it's the same since then... now it's a problem! it was like that too with nclex but i got through. Thanks for reading suzzane! i know... it's troublesome.. didn't realize that earlier should i just carry a document like a legal document that says all 3 signatures belong to one person? i swear i'm changing my signature in my passport the next time i'm renewing it.
