actually, i am still in the packet 1 which is the approvl of my i-140... my agency will pay for my visa fee. my question is if i pay the visa fee for my dependent during the packet 4, can they still follow me in the US in 3-6 months time? thanks for the replies.

i am still in the philippines... my lawyer said that it is alright if i submit the CGFNS certificate at a later date, as long as i have the passing score of CGFNS exam and ielts exam. he didnt wait for the cgfns certificate, so that i could beat the retrogression but unfortunately i didnt beat it

before filing an i-140 , is the CGFNS CERTIFICATE REQUIRED? because when i file my i-140 i still dont have any CGFNS CERTIFICATE but i have a passing score of CGFNS exam and IELTS exam. my lawyer said that there is a possibilty of my application to be denied by the USCIS. i file the I-140 on November 1 and i received my CGFNS certificate on November 30. when the USCIS ask for RFE for the certificate, i immediately submitted the certificate to them. is it true that there is a possbility that my application wil be denied? thank you for any input.

good day everyone, i am a registered nurse from the PI and i have a wife and a son. i was petition by my agency in NY. whem im done with my contract, i will definitely change to another state.i heard that NY is not for person who has a family because of its expensive lifestyle. can you suggest a state that has low crime rate, has good educational system and my family can live a life comfortably eventhough i am the only one working for them? because i want my wife to take care of our son full time. greatly appreciated for any inputs. thank you.
