Elena121, ECC does not have a wait list. If you do not get into the program you will have to re-apply and you will have to compete against a new pool of people. Mo.

Aimee, I will be starting the Nursing 108 in the fall, do you have any pointers. I hear that it truly is the make or break you semester. Overall how did your class do. Nursing 107 we started out with 78 students and I'm now hearing that only 38 passed.

Dana, The program is very good, and extremely competitive. I can only speak on the RN program. I was excepted into the January 2007 class. They are looking at the following: 1. Overall GPA 2. GPA in Math, English 101 and A&P1 3. NET Composite Score 4. NET (Math) Score 5. NET (Reading) Score Each component is scored between 0 and 5, for a high score of 25. You are then ranked by score and invited to the program. It proabaly works the same way for the LPN program. So your GPA may not be the greatest however you can pick up points in ohter areas. Do not be discouraged.
