  1. I was taught first assess ABC's, then safety, then infection, then nutritional status, then psycho/social integrity. As far as hierachy of needs. Hope this helps. Dont fall for respiratory status as always being the correct answer; however it is often. Just make sure u critically think through every question. Good Luck and i hope this helps.

CONGRATS!!!! That is very exciting, I know!
  3. how could i sign up for that same review that u used? I have taken the test twice, and i have already tried kaplan, a private tutor, and review books. I am willing to try anything that will bring me success!
  4. Hi, I am new to this site, a co-worker of mine introduced me to this site. I have also taken the test twice and failed twice. Very discouraged, but perservering! I had 262 questions the first time and 265 the second.. And I am keeping the hope that the third time will be the charm as well! Also, keep faith in God that He will pull us through. We can do all things through Him who gives us strength and rejoice in times of trial for it is in these times that brings forth perserverance and teaches us patience. Good Luck next time, and know u are not alone! The test is horrible and truly not a predictor to how well of a nurse u are or will be!
