  1. I think there are various possibilities of what your schedule can look like. I know 2 people who started in Aug @ the Columbus Campus....For the 1st 5 weeks, one went 5 days a week, at least 4 hours most of the days; however, the other person only went 3 or 4 days...They have some 'morning' schedules & some 'afternoon' schedules...Starting Week 6 of the semester, your schedule will be something different because clinicals will begin... From my understanding, the schedules will be handed out at the 1st Orientation... All the "unknowns" are driving me crazy too!
  2. I believe you will be fine since the Summer semester is between your classes ending and the Fall start....However, I'm not sure if you will have to submit your grade to the Nursing Dept or if they will automatically pull it after the spring semester is over.
  3. I remember them talking about this at the Info session...If there is a tie, they will take the other classes into consideration. If it is still a tie after that, they will take the TEAS score... I took the ATI practice test online too...My score on the 'real' test was much better than the online practice. (hope that makes you feel a little better :loveya:)
  4. Congrats!!!
  5. csab~ I would have 188 points....The extra 10 to 20 points would be soooo much better! I am going to take the TEAS for the 3rd time...Hopefully I can bring that up a little too...We'll see.
  6. Anyone have any luck with Lab #3? I feel like I'm going in circles....
  7. welcome to allnurses.com! you will find tons of helpful information on this site! each campus has information sessions about the nursing/paramedic/dental programs. i encourage you to go to one early on if possible. the information they provide may help you decide what route you want to take. good luck!
  8. I haven't received anything back on Lab 1 yet. For the decimals on the 1st quiz...However many decimals were in the problem, I used that in my answer. If the problem had one or two #s after the decimal point, that's how I entered it. In cases there wasn't a decimal in the problem, I used my best judgment & referred to practice problems. If you haven't taken the quiz yet, Good Luck! It wasn't as bad as I was anticipating...I think Lab 2 was so much harder!
  9. I've taken APHY 1 & 2 & have passed both with a high "B", but would like to raise my grade to get the extra points for the nursing progarm.... I would love to hear any feedback, pros & cons, about the online classes any of you've taken. Thanks in advance!
  10. You're fine, I did figure it out. I appreciate all the help I received! Thanks so much to my Chemistry-pals!
  11. Initially, it comes up: 1.Hydrocholoric Acid 2.Water After the reaction: 1.Hydrocholoric Acid 2.Water 3.Unkown P.S. Hmmmmm.......... So, it's the 2nd chemical I added?...That is not listed! Wow! Can I make it any more difficult? :-)
  12. I'm a little confused about the 1st Lab.... How can I tell what chem comp. has been used up? My contents are listed 1. 2. 3.
  13. Our 1st lab is posted @ Late Nite Labs. Do any of you know how many times we can do each lab? Do we get 1 chance & then have to submit our report? I'm a little nervous about clicking on the lab & starting it.
  14. I looked those pages over...They look horrible!! I completed the 1st 1/2 of our assignment for Week 1 last night. I feel okay about it so far... There are 2 Practice Problems that have me stumped (I think they're the last 2?). I'm starting to think the textbook has the wrong answers in it, but I don't know... I'll keep working on them & will post something if I can't get them. I hope everyone else is feeling okay so far too!
  15. the following message just appeared on blackboard...
