ogp revised contract
Thankyou, I am under no illusion about how long the will take, my solicitor has gone through everything with me, they are in breach of contract if they threaten to withdraw sponsership if people don't sign and they know it, why do you think they are not putting any of these threats in writing? OGP will be receiving notice from him very soon. Beth x

ogp revised contract
I am not signing. OGP will know who I am any way so I don't mind saying on here that I am taking legal action against this unfair breach of contract on their part. I have seen a solicitor, and although he said it will take a while, I will win. I have no great need to rush to the States. I can wait. This is a matter of principle as far as I am concerned. I have my original contract and I'm happy with it.

Retrogression's affect on you
If you are at he stage of awaiting packet 4 then the NVC will contact you direct, not through OGP, so I wouldnt sign the damn thing if I were you:coollook:

Retrogressed:devasted
Can you please clarify something for me Suzanne. On your previous posts regarding this, you have said that retrogression for those of us born in the UK, or like myself, Australia, will only be temporarily affected, then things will speed up for us. Does this still apply do you know or we looking at a year or more wait even if their case is complete? Beth

ogp revised contract
You certainly aren't the only one not to sign, I haven't and I know of several people who also haven't and have no intention of doing so. If you have the original contract, its says that amendments cannot be made without the agreement of both parties, so if you dont agree, dont do it, there is nothing they can do.

November Visa Bulletin came out!
This is all very confusing, Im getting conflicting messages. My I-140 was approved in June 2006, visa fee paid, NVC awaiting biographic data. Does this mean I will or wont be affected by retrogression?
