  1. Apts near Marian College

What is your price range? What is your definition of safe/unsafe? I live very close to Marian in a very nice area, but it does depend on your frame of reference.
  2. Medical Terminology test?

I am a new cna, and am applying for a job in a hospital. I have to take a test about medical terminology...........anyone have any help as to what this test might be? Places to study for it? Thanks!
  3. Which path would you take to BSN?

I already have a BS (and MS, shhh, lots of $$'s shelled out and now a career change!) and want to be a nurse. I just completed a CNA course and I KNOW now that this is the right decision. Now, how to get there! 1) ADN at local community college...
  4. I am finishing a CNA class, and am beginning to look for a job. I thought I wanted to work at a hospital, but I love the LTC. Granted as a student CNA I don't have the pressure of getting everything done, but I do like working with the residents. ...

I think there are also jobs in medical practices. Try Clarian.org and stvincent.org.
  10. another ivy tech post

I think that is in the ball park. The clinicals are about 10 hours/semester for 4 semesters, at around $100/hour that would be $4000, right? Plus lab fees and books of course. Please let me know if this is way off! :wink2:
  11. another ivy tech post

I am also planning on going to Ivy Tech, I have a BS and MS in unrelated fields. I also don't have an A in English, so I am taking it again. Why not? It's only a few hundred bucks, and that will insure a 4.0. I think it pretty standard now that y...
