officer are expected to be in better shape, they set an example for the enlisted soldiers, so therefore they must achieve 70% while the enlisted are only required to do 60%! get use to random things like that if you do join! i love the guard but som...

you can just google army physical fitness test or APFT and it will most likely take you to i think its about.com and choose your sex and age range! let me know if you cant find it
